Scientific Advisory Board

The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) reviews the Institute’s overall research activity every two years. Its members attend Institute retreats, where all research groups and scientific platforms present their ongoing and completed work. The SAB also provides advice on the evaluation of Junior Principal Investigators, recruitment of new group leaders, and other key scientific policy matters. Its recommendations complement the assessments carried out by the French national evaluation agency, HCERES (Haut Conseil de l’Evaluation de la Recherche et de l’Enseignement Supérieur).
