Bioinformatics

The bioinformatics service supports researchers in data analysis workflows and IT solutions. It provides HPC, R, and Python training, genomic pipeline support (NF-Core, RNA-Seq), and collaborates with the Montpellier computing center on dedicated servers. The service hosts a Galaxy instance and organizes local training events and hackathons.
